GUESTS WITH GIFT VOUCHERS
Guests making a reservation with
a gift voucher must ring 01636 893969 to make their booking. Using the online system will result in a charge for the reservation.
We try to be as accommodating as possible, however, past experience has led us to develop a few terms and conditions which apply to all bookings.
To avoid any possible disappointment please ensure that you are happy to be bound by the following.
We are pleased to make provisional bookings by email or telephone.
To confirm a booking:
For a 1 night stay -
We require a minimum deposit of £30 per room booked. The balance payable on arrival.
For longer stays –
We require a 25% deposit and the balance paid at least 2 weeks prior to the holiday
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as cheques and cash.
Full Payment Guests will receive:
50% refund of the total cost if they cancel at least four weeks before the start of the holiday; or a 25% refund of the total cost if they cancel up to two weeks before the start of the holiday.
If the guest cancels or the balance is not paid on time, the booking deposit cannot be refunded.
If the balance payment is not received at least two weeks before the holiday starts, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
If the guest has paid the full balance, they will receive:
a 50% refund of the total cost if they cancel at least four weeks before the start of the holiday; or a 25% refund of the total cost if they cancel up to two weeks before the start of the holiday.
